The 2017 CrossFit Games Open

The 2017 CrossFit games are upon us in just a few short days. If you have not yet registered. Please sign up now! The cost is $20. Make sure to register under West Tech CrossFit for judging purposes.

Our first week of 17.1 will be held at CrossFit Ra. We will meet as a team wearing our Prowler CrossFit shirts at 4pm. Please bring water, food, and any lifting shoes and other gear you may need.
