Another school year is gone and with the second year under our weight belts, Prowler CrossFit kids showed up in full swing ready to compete at Rancho High School's annual "Friday Night Lights." The students suited up to show off their skills in a series of athletic performance stations hosted by local boxes and athletes. Throughout the evening athletes from all grade levels K-12 took to the football field to compete in the main event that consisted of an RX division, scaled division, and a "just for fun" category, to highlight the importance of functional movement at all age levels for our kids in the community. The students who came out to support their own schools were filled with excitement and energy as the events wore on into the evening underneath Rancho CrossFit's lights. We couldn't be more proud of Adam, Michael, Will, Jose, Neve, Sarah, Bella, and Elizabeth for coming out to support and compete with one another in this last High School Throwdown event and we can't wait to go again next year.
